Preface

In our decades of successfully helping companies to grow, become national brands, create new channels, expand overseas, trade/sell their companies and launch IPOs, we saw a common trait. The businesses that achieved these goals had founders who thought differently to founders who’s businesses didn’t. By the way, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either ways of thinking, just that the results are in different orbits.

Businesses that were not meeting expectations had founders who wanted everything easily, quickly and instantly. Whereas those businesses that did meet expectations had founders who invested in creating business built of brick.
